1. Overview
QUORATE ("the Company") handles personal data with care and follows the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and related laws. This policy explains how personal data is handled on the website the Company operates.
2. What we collect and how
Simply browsing the website collects no personal data. We receive the following only when a visitor sends it to us.
- Product enquiry: name, company, email address, phone number, message
- Job application: name, email address, phone number, career details written in a CV
What you send through the enquiry form is emailed to the responsible staff member so that we can reply. An email delivery provider is involved in that step; see the sections on outsourced processing and overseas transfer below.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to product enquiries and consultations
- To run the hiring process and inform applicants of the outcome
We do not use personal data for any other purpose. If the purpose changes, we ask for consent first.
4. Retention and disposal
- Product enquiry: one year from the date the reply is completed
- Job application: one year from the date the hiring process ends. Deleted immediately on request.
Data past its retention period is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are erased so they cannot be recovered, and printed material is shredded.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal data to third parties, except where an investigative authority requests it through a lawful procedure.
6. Outsourced processing
We outsource the following processing.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): delivery of enquiry notification emails. The data shared is name, company, email address, phone number and message.
- PostHog Inc.: website usage analysis. The data shared is access records, page navigation paths and interaction records.
Processors are contractually required to handle personal data securely. Any change to these arrangements will be recorded in this policy.
7. Overseas transfer
The two providers below operate servers in the United States, so the data concerned is transferred overseas.
- Recipient: Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend), United States / Data: name, company, email address, phone number, message / When and how: at the moment you submit the form, over an encrypted connection / Purpose: delivery of enquiry notification emails
- Recipient: PostHog Inc., United States / Data: access records, page navigation paths, interaction records / When and how: while you use the site, over an encrypted connection / Purpose: website usage analysis
Retention follows the policy of each provider.
If you would rather your enquiry were not transferred overseas, please email contact@quorate.tech directly instead of using the form. To opt out of usage analysis, use the methods described in section 9 below.
8. Your rights
You may ask at any time to see, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of your personal data. Contact us at the address below and we will act without delay and tell you the result. A legal representative or an authorised agent may make the same request.
9. Cookies and automatic collection
This website uses the following tools to understand visit statistics and how the site is used. Cookies collect access records and usage patterns in the process, and these contain nothing that identifies a visitor directly.
- Google Analytics: aggregate statistics such as visit counts, referral sources and page views
- PostHog: page navigation paths and interaction records, used to find where visitors run into difficulty so we can fix the page
PostHog records interactions in a form that can be replayed. However, the name, email address, phone number and message you type into the enquiry form are masked at the point of recording and are not stored. Only which field you stopped at remains.
You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, or turn on Do Not Track if your browser offers it. Refusing cookies does not affect your ability to read the site.
10. Security measures
Access to personal data is limited to the responsible staff member, transmission is encrypted, and access is logged.
11. Data protection officer
- Officer: Kim Dokyung (CEO)
- Email: contact@quorate.tech
For a report or consultation about a privacy breach in Korea you may also contact the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972) or the Privacy Violation Report Centre (118).

This policy takes effect on 8 August 2026. Any change will be announced on this website in advance.
