Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions for using the website operated by QUORATE ("the Company"), together with the rights and obligations of the Company and of visitors.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Site": the website the Company operates to provide information
- "Visitor": a person who accesses the Site to read information or send an enquiry
- "Content": all text, images, drawings and video published on the Site
Article 3 (Effect and amendment)
These terms take effect once published on the Site. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, and an amendment applies from the moment it is published on the Site.
Article 4 (Service provided)
Through the Site the Company provides information about the company and its products, hiring information, and a channel for enquiries. No registration or fee is required to read the Site.
Article 5 (Suspension)
The Company may briefly suspend the Site for maintenance, replacement, failure or loss of connectivity. Planned suspensions are announced in advance.
Article 6 (Visitor obligations)
Visitors must not do any of the following.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party
- Send false information or impersonate another person
- Copy, distribute or sell material from the Site without prior consent from the Company
Article 7 (Intellectual property)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Content belong to the Company. Where the Company publishes material under licence from a third party, the rights remain with that holder. Visitors may not use the Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Article 8 (Limitation of liability)
The Company works to keep the information on the Site accurate but is not liable for decisions a visitor makes based on it. Product descriptions on the Site do not replace contractual terms; the actual scope and conditions of supply follow the individual contract.
Article 9 (External links)
The Site may contain links to external sites. The Company is not responsible for the content of those sites.
Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from use of the Site is brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
Addendum
These terms take effect on 6 August 2026.
